Quelque part en Afrique, une guerre fratricide a détruit tout le pays. Les vainqueurs, deux clowns sanguinaires, ont réussi à prendre la brasserie qui a miraculeusement résisté au massacre. Cette source de revenus du nouveau pouvoir, plus avide de profit que de démocratie, dépend d’une Européenne avec laquelle il faut composer. Des tueries des libérateurs de pacotille aux rouages du néocolonialisme, en passant par le détournement de l’argent public et les fausses promesses politiques, la pièce nous entraîne avec beaucoup de dérision et d’ironie dans les horreurs de la guerre et les dérives de ses lendemains.
